THE Voice of the Cape Radio Station annual festival has been running in Cape Town for nearly 20 years. Inaugurated as a fund-raiser, it has grown into an event of some proportion with stalls, exhibitions, tea gardens, stage events and live broadcasts attracting some 100,000 attendees each year.
